Size and Fit

What is the difference between Slim, Modern, and Classic Fit suits?

Slim fit suits are more tapered and fit the body closer, giving you an hourglass look. Modern fit suits offer the best of both worlds, they offer more room in the chest, arms, and legs than a slim fit suit, but still give a contoured look. Classic fit suits are generously cut to offer the most room all around, with a loose fit.

How do I read the suit sizes that are listed?

We list our sizes with the jacket size first and then the waist size of the pants. For example, 40R 33W is a 40 Regular jacket with a 33" waist.

Can I alter the waist?

Yes! Most pants will give you 2" of extra material to adjust larger or smaller up to 2". A tailor can make these adjustments.

What are the length of the pants?

All of our suits come with unhemmed pants. This allows a tailor to adjust them to your exact measurements.

 Do you offer alterations?

We currently do not offer alterations, please contact us for more information.

How do I join MDZ Fashion Rewards?

Simply create a store account and you will be automatically enrolled. Don't have an account? Create one here.

How do I earn points?

You will earn 10 points for every $1 spent! As a welcome bonus, you earn 100 points when you create an account, and 500 points during your birthday month.

What do I get for being a rewards member?

Reward points can be redeemed at checkout, and offers a substantial discount tier:

15,000 points = $45 Off
20,000 points = $60 Off
30,000 points = $90 Off
40,000 points = $120 Off
50,000 points = $150 Off

Is that all I get for being such a loyal customer?

Absolutely not! Our customers are like family, and being a member of MDZ Rewards also entitles you to free gifts, exclusive deals, catalogs, and more!

How do I check my balance and redeem my points?

Log in to your store account and go to the 'Use Points Page' which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom of the store.

How do I use my rewards?

Rewards are issued as discount codes that can be applied during checkout.

 

Shipping and Returns

When will I get my order?

We ship items that are in-stock within 1 business day. Most U.S. customers will receive their orders within 1-3 business days. International customers will vary depending on location.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order has shipped, you may also use the Contact Us Page, or the chat button at the bottom left to send us a message (please include order #).

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, we definitely do! Transit times will vary.

Can I return or exchange what I do not like?

Yes! We offer a complete 100% satisfaction guarantee. Whether something didn't fit quite right, or you just changed your mind, you may return or exchange any item that is new (unworn, unaltered, and with tags). Simply contact us or start the return process from you account page. 

 When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the return.

How can I exchange an order?

Exchanging is easy! Contact us and let us know which item you would like instead. We will hold this item for you and ship it once the return item is received.
